Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Lideratos website (the “Site”), including any pages, dashboards, and forms operated under the adnussg.org domain. By visiting the Site or signing in with your Google account, you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may opt not to use the Site. Continued use after we publish changes means you accept the updated terms.

The Site is the official digital presence of Liderato Kan Nueva Atenista (Lideratos), the student government of Ateneo de Naga University. It is maintained by student officers and the Lideratos technical team.

Lideratos is a student organization recognized by the University. It is not a separate legal entity and does not provide professional, financial, or legal services to its members.

Most of the Site is open to the public: announcements, official documents, the finance transparency dashboard, and the about pages can be read without an account. Some features require you to sign in with your Google account, including filing and tracking concerns.

You agree to use the Site only for purposes consistent with its mission of student governance, transparency, and service to the Atenean community.

Signing in uses any personal Google account — Gbox or otherwise. We rely on Google Sign-In to confirm you are a real person and an enrolled student of Ateneo de Naga University, so we never see or store your Google password. After sign-in, the Site issues a session token that is held in your browser’s local storage and is sent with requests to our backend to identify you.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that occurs under your sign-in. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, sign out from every device and notify the Lideratos team.

Officer-level access (CMS, finance, concerns triage) is granted by the relevant Lideratos officer-in-charge and can be revoked at any time.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access accounts, data, or modules you have not been granted permission to use.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that violates the rights of any person.
• Impersonate another student, officer, faculty member, or University office.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or overload the Site in ways that disrupt service for other students.
• Upload files containing malware, or knowingly post links that lead to malicious resources.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms, the College Student Handbook, or applicable Philippine law.

Announcements, official documents, project records, and other materials published by Lideratos are owned by the organization or used with permission. You may read and download them for personal, academic, and student-organization use. Redistribution outside the Atenean community, commercial use, or alteration of official documents requires written permission from Lideratos.

Logos, the Lideratos wordmark, and the visual identity of the Site are part of the organization’s identity and may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without consent.

Where third-party images, fonts, or icons appear on the Site, they are credited where required and used under their respective licenses.

The Concerns feature lets students raise issues to the Commission on Student Rights and Welfare (CSRW). Submissions are reviewed by the officers responsible for the relevant branch or department. They are not public.

You may submit a concern under your name or anonymously. An anonymous submission omits your email address and other personal identifiers from the record visible to officers. In exchange, officers will not be able to reach out to you for clarification, and you will not be able to track the submission afterwards. See the Privacy Policy for what each mode collects.

Whichever mode you use, please be truthful, specific, and respectful. Knowingly false or malicious submissions may be referred to the appropriate University office under the College Handbook.

Lideratos does its best to act on concerns promptly, but the Site does not guarantee a particular outcome, timeline, or remedy. For urgent matters involving safety, contact the Office of Student Affairs or campus security directly.

Figures on the Finance Tracker and Budget Analytics pages are published as part of the organization’s commitment to transparency. They are drawn from records maintained by the treasurer and are updated as those records are entered or reconciled.

These figures are informational. Discrepancies between the public dashboard and audited financial reports, if any, are resolved in favor of the audited reports. If you believe a figure is incorrect, please contact us using the address at the bottom of this page.

The Site relies on third-party services to function. These include Google (for Google sign-in and Workspace integrations), Cloudinary (for image and file hosting), and the cloud infrastructure that hosts the application. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Lideratos does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

The Site is provided as a student-run service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lideratos does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lideratos, Ateneo de Naga University, and their respective officers and volunteers are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, missed deadlines, or reliance on information published here.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time as the Site and the organization evolve. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice on the Site or in an announcement.

The current version is always available at this URL. Previous versions can be requested through the contact address below.
